Why the Smooth Button on Your Cat Litter Box Stays Blue – Causes & Fixes
If the Smooth button on your cat litter box keeps showing a blue LED, please check the following possible causes and solutions:
Reason 1: Abnormal Weight Increase Detected
Possible situations:
1. Your cat is currently inside the litter box
2. Items are placed on top of the globe (drum) unit
Solutions:
1. Wait until your cat leaves the litter box
2. Remove any objects placed on top of the globe
Reason 2: Insufficient Cat Litter Level
Solutions:
1. Refill the litter box with an appropriate amount of cat litter
2. Press and hold the Smooth Sand button to recalibrate the weight
